Unsealed concrete that is exposed to rain and temperature change will eventually fail and "scab" off, exposing the rebar underneath. We use high quality mortar that is designed specifically for vertical surface repair to fix these areas. If the problem is widespread on the building, we recommend cleaning and sealing the building after repairs are complete. |
